PAYMENT
Along with a booking, you have to send us your credit card details (nr., name of company, expiry date) for securing your booking. We will not deduct from your card prior to your arrival unless cancellation fees occur. Payment in cash can be done in US$, Thai Bath, Euro or Lao Kip before check out. However, if you prefer payment by credit card, in Laos there is a 3% surcharge on the total price.
The hotel will be directly informed about all cancellations. Rooms will be held until 6pm, unless a later arrival is confirmed to the hotel.
Cancellation policy peak season 15.Dec - 14. Jan
1. Cancellation until 50 days prior to arrival 10 % of total room price
2. Cancellation 49 days until 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of total room price.
3. Cancellation less than 29 days prior to arrival 100% of total room price w.b.c.
Cancellation policy other periods
1. Cancellation until 50 days prior to arrival f.o.c.
2. Cancellation 49 days until 11 days prior to arrival 10% of total room price
3. Cancellation 10 days to 5 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total room price .
4. Cancellation 5 days to 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total room price .
5. Cancellation less than 2 days (no show) 100% of total room price.

1. Cancellation until 3 days prior to tourstart f.o.c.
2. Cancellation 2 and 1 days prior to tourstart 50% of tour rates
3. Cancellation less than 1 day (no show) 100% of total active tour price
