Elephant Riding* and Trekking Combination

Day 1:
We will pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Luang Prabang town. A 30 minutes drive will bring you to the Lao Spirit resort, located in a jungle area on the banks of Nam Khan River. In the afternoon you will have time to relax from your trip, enjoy the natural beauty and peaceful landscape or have a short walk. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner on the terrace of the Lao Spirit Restaurant. Stay overnight in a Lao Spirit bungalow.

Day 2: 
An Elephant riding & trekking combination trip from the Lao Spirit Resort via Khmu village to the That Sae waterfall & Natural wonders, elephant experience and ethnic village are what you will see today. The activity will start at 08:40 AM from the resort.
After a 15-minute walk to the neighbouring Elephant Village, you will be introduced to their Asian Elephants and depart for a scenic ride. Enjoy the new perspective and the wonderful nature on this ride. A stunning landscape, quietness, and the lush nature gives you a relaxed stay on the back of the protected elephant. Afterwards, walk to the resort, cross the Nam Khan river with our boat and start trekking which will lead you to a Khmu village - Hue Fei - where you get an insight of Khmu's daily life and culture. Most of them are farmers and fishermen. The countryside waits for you with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. From here you will continue trekking, for one more hour, up to the amazing Tad Sae waterfall. Here you can hang out for lunch and swimming in the refreshing cool cascades (from February to June, the waterfall is dry.) After lunch, you will find yourself discovering the tropical surroundings. In the afternoon, our boat is ready to bring you back on the Nam Khan river to the Lao Spirit Resort.
